To Mrs. Jinwei Zhou (English name: Sharon, Online Alias: 周姐),
This is an official notification from iRelaxBot. Due to your serious violations of the distributor agreement, which have caused significant damage to iRelaxBot's brand reputation and market order, your iRelaxBot distributor qualification is hereby terminated effective immediately. You are no longer authorized to sell iRelaxBot products or any related items.
Following a thorough investigation, the company has verified that you have committed the following serious violations:
1. Maliciously Diverting Customers to Other Brands, Causing Damage to the Company
You misused your status as an iRelaxBot distributor to divert a significant number of potential iRelaxBot customers to other brands, misleading clients and causing customer losses. This seriously disrupts the market order and negatively impacts the confidence and sales performance of other authorized distributors.
2. Illegally Smuggling Non-FDA-Certified Products, Endangering Legal Market Operations
You smuggled non-FDA-certified medical and wellness devices into the United States through representatives in China and engaged in unauthorized sales. This directly violates U.S. federal laws and places numerous trusting distributors and customers at extreme legal and business risks.
3. Exploiting iRelaxBot’s Brand Influence by Charging Excessive "Learning Fees"
• You unauthorizedly charged prospective iRelaxBot buyers fees for learning about the product, forcing visitors to pay before gaining product knowledge, damaging the company's reputation.
• You charged existing iRelaxBot customers up to $7,000 for promotional materials and design fees, leading to customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
4. Publishing Unauthorized Promotional Materials, Increasing Legal Risks
• You produced and published promotional posters, advertisements, and videos without company approval, violating compliance requirements and failing to obtain media authorization from customers.
• The content you released is highly susceptible to legal action, placing your affiliated distributor stores and the iRelaxBot brand at significant risk.
Formal Demands (To Be Executed Within 24 Hours or Legal Action Will Be Taken):
1. Immediately Remove All iRelaxBot and “爱轻松” Brand-Related Content
You must delete all iRelaxBot and “爱轻松” brand-related files, images, videos, and related
content from Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Facebook, and all other social media and marketing platforms within 24 hours.
Failure to comply will result in legal enforcement actions against you.
2. Immediately Cease All iRelaxBot Brand Promotion and Sales
• You no longer have the qualification to sell, promote, or represent iRelaxBot products in any capacity.
• You are strictly prohibited from using the iRelaxBot brand name in any form, including but not limited to social media promotion, product sales, and offline marketing.
• Continued unauthorized use of the company’s brand and trademarks will result in a
trademark infringement lawsuit.
3. iRelaxBot Will Continue Investigating and Enforcing Legal Measures
• iRelaxBot has initiated a legal investigation into your violations and potential illegal activities.
• The company will take appropriate legal action in the United States to protect the lawful business interests of iRelaxBot and to hold you accountable for damages caused.
Please take this notice seriously and comply with the above requirements immediately. Failure to do so will result in further legal measures to safeguard the company’s legitimate market operations.
Effective immediately, you are prohibited from using or selling any iRelaxBot products in any form. iRelaxBot will no longer recognize you as a distributor, and all products you
have sold without authorization will not be covered by company warranty or after-sales service.
